Predefined Reports

Adastra comes with a rapidly extending catalogue of predefined reports, including those required to conform to national quality reporting requirements.

Access Rights

Access to the Query Builder is controlled through the usual v3 user/location security module. Customers will grant access rights to the Query Builder only to selected staff with appropriate training and responsibility. A different set of user rights will then govern the right to run reports, which will themselves be grouped so that operational reports are segregated from clinical reports and so on.

Like all user actions, access to and use of the reporting functions is automatically posted to the system audit trail.

Reporting highlights include:

• Built-in reports allow quick and easy analysis of the most common operational areas (for example, drug stock levels, case by case type, drug cost by organisational group, drugs prescribed out of formulary etc)
• Built-in Quality Standards Reporting to meet national quality reporting requirements
• Report content and design is completely user-definable
• Reports can be exported and shared as PDF, spreadsheet or text documents, or saved in HTML format for publication via the web
• Report writing security controlled by user access security rights
• Report running security controlled by user access security rights on a report-by-report basis
• SQL Server database enables easy analysis of data using third party reporting tools
• Adastra report writing service is available for bespoke reports
