What's New?

Version 3.14

Version 3.14 is now being rolled out to all customers, although whether the new features are turned on following an upgrade is dependent on customer requirement and readiness of course.

Whilst there are too many features included in v3.14 to list here (please see the relevant Product Information documents), some of the highlights include:

  • Aremote & Pocket Aremote - v3.14 introduces a Windows version of Adastra's mobile data application, Aremote, and a new version, Pocket Aremote, for hand-held pda-style devices
  • Web Access - Web Access now enables remote users to maintain special notes and raise case requests which can be converted to cases at the controlling centre
  • Reporting - New in v3.14 is the ability to filter reports, useful for the easy segregation of agency activity in mult-service organisations
  • Case Questions - Case questions have been improved to enable greater power and flexibility and can now appear on their own tabbed page anywhere in the case flow

For further information please contact your Regional Account Manager or the Sales Team. Contact details can be found here.

Please check this page regularly for up-to-date information about current releases.

Scottish Emergency Care Summary

Access to the Scottish Emergency Care Summary (ECS) system has now been rolled out to all customer sites in Scotland. The ECS allows unscheduled care clinicians access to demographic, allergy and recent prescription information recorded on patients' GP surgery systems, for those patients who have granted consent.
