Due to continued business growth, we require a customer focused Field Engineer for our Ashford based Technical Services team.
The role involves installation and support of PC desktop environments, mobile data systems and voice recorders. Adastra employs a specialist team of highly qualified network engineers, the candidate would work closely with this team and share tasks. The successful candidate will display good knowledge of PC hardware, networking technologies and Microsoft operating systems. It would be an advantage to have an MCP in a recent desktop operating system and demonstrable awareness of the benefits of using Citrix.
Though primarily based in the South East, there will be frequent travel throughout the U.K. for project work. To meet customer needs, extended working hours will occasionally be required. This can be a challenging role, suited to a dynamic, flexible and committed individual who is keen to learn and develop.
Starting Salary: Negotiable (plus on call allowance)
