| Clinical Team |

Dr Alex Yeates
Medical Director
Alex is responsible for the clinical safety of the software and has been trained as part of the Connecting for Health Accredited Clinician Programme. He is also the Caldicott Guardian for the company making sure all the principles are adhered to. Other areas he is involved with include the clinical development of the software, keeping the company up to date with all clinical legislation changes and liaising with other clinicians internationally to make sure the software meets their needs.

Suzanne Rawlings
Clinical Manager
Suzanne progressed to develop the Clinical Team in 2006 following 3 years as a Project Manager for Adastra. She has a degree in Psychology and is a qualified Mental Health Nurse. Suzanne manages our expanding team of clinicians and responsibilities include bringing specific nursing expertise to software development, helping customers to define clinical call flows and develop protocols and keeping the company aware of Department of Health requirements.

Mark Rawlings
Deputy Head of Configuration Services
Mark joined Adastra in 1998 and has gained valuable experience working within both the User Support Centre and Training Department. On Jan 1st 2008 Mark became Deputy Head of Configuration Services. He has a BSc Hons in English and Computing from the University of Surrey and has undertaken the Certificate in Training Practice from the CIPD and the IITT’s TAP qualification. |

James Berry
Chief Technical Officer
Co-founding Director of Adastra - James achieved a first-class Honours degree in computer Sciences at the University of Southampton in 1995, finishing top of his year and winning the British Computer Society Prize for Outstanding Achievement.

Martin Dew
Development Operations Manager
Martin was formerly the General Manager and KnightOwl Developer for Owl Software, and became a core member of Adastra’s development team when the two companies merged. Martin, whilst responsible for all Owl developments also forms part of the active development progress on the latest Adastra v3 products, bringing with him over 8 years of experience of the product.

Simon Wren
Head of Marketing
Simon is an experienced computer and systems engineer and has been with Adastra since 1995, originally as a member of Adastra's technical services management team. Simon now heads the Marketing department which includes Regional Account Managers. |

Marketing Manager
Emma joined Adastra in October 2002 to fill the new position of marketing manager. She has a degree in Business and Marketing from Imperial University and brings with her a wide range of knowledge from both consumer and business to business environments. Emma is pivotal in developing and delivering our corporate marketing strategy. |

Trevor Wilson
Process Design Team Leader
Trevor joined Adastra in November 2002 and initially took up the role of Regional Account Manager for the Midlands. In January 2007 he was promoted to Process Design Team Leader with responsibility for offering guidance to customers on projects that require new and innovative uses of the Adastra application.

Calvin Wood
Head of Project Management
Calvin joined the Project Management team in 2002, following four years of coordinating installations for Adastra. During this time he was part of the National Implementation Team for the rollout of the Technical Links project, has attained the PRINCE2 Practitioners qualification and as of 1st January 2008 became Head of Project Management.

Daniel Blanch
Deputy Head of Project Management
Daniel has been a member of the Project Management team since 2004, being made deputy head of the department in February 2008. Prior to this he spent five years supporting the Knight Owl Millennium application at Owl Software and latterly Adastra when the two companies merged. He has participated in the rollout of the TLP, implementation of the OOH Concentrator in Scotland and has attained the PRINCE2 Practitioners qualification. |

Kevin Timmis

Kevin joined the Sales Team as a Senior Technical Salesperson in May 2002 from East Kent Community NHS Trust and was promoted to Head of Sales in Adastra in June 2004. He has a thorough understanding of NHS Net and general NHS IT issues gained from his 6 years NHS service. |

Sue Guy
Head of Service Delivery
Sue joined Adastra in April 2001 having previously worked within an NHS Community Trust. She was part of the National Implementation Teams for both the roll out of the ‘Exemplar’ and ‘Technical Links’ projects and has been responsible for setting up our Project Management department which has grown and developed under her leadership and is now an integral part of Adastra’s implementation and service delivery process. From 1st of January 2008 Sue assumed responsibility for overall Service Delivery which encompasses the Training, Configuration, Project Management and Process Design Teams.

Dave Fagg
Head of Service Support
Dave joined Adastra in Jan 1997 as an Engineer then took up the management of a rapidly growing Technical Services Team. As well as developing the Engineering Team to its current structure of nationally deployed teams, he continues to help spread ITIL best practices throughout Adastra’s Service Delivery and Service Support processes.
From 1st March 2008 Dave assumed responsibility for overall Service Support, encompassing the User Support Centre and the Technical Services Teams. |

Will Micklam
Head of Technical Services
Will managed a Technical Support team in London prior to joining Adastra as Installations Manager in 2002. Technical Services is responsible for the IT infrastructure, on which Adastra runs. The department encompasses Platform Design, Installations, Support and Stores. Additionally, our Internal IT department is part of the team, for cross pollination of best practices and skills.

Geoff Swift
Deputy Head of Technical Services
Geoff joined Adastra in 1997 as an engineer, later specialising in voice recording systems before becoming Technical Support Manager in 2002. He now helps manage the Engineering Team and the daily operations of the Technical Services Department
Geoff is an ITIL accredited practitioner in Problem Management.

Tricia Hutchinson
Head of Training
Head of Training , an Open University Graduate and member of the Adastra management team since 1996. Tricia was previously an operations supervisor with the South East Kent and East Sussex GP Co-Operative.

Elaine Maher

Elaine has been a member of the Training department since 2003. January 1st 2008 saw Elaine progress from Set Up Trainer to the position of Deputy Head of Training. Elaine has a BSc Hons in Business Information Technology and recently completed the Certificate in Training Practice from the CIPD.

Kip Wolfe
Head of User Support
Kip has a background in IT from college courses and is currently pursuing an MCSE qualification with successful MCP's in Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Professional. The combination of qualifications and experience gained from working for Adastra has seen Kip become an integral part of the User Support Team. Having started on the helpdesk as a technician a willingness to learn and grow with the company has seen Kip go on to now become the Head of User Support.
